Stainless steel bright bar is made of cold drawn, fine ground or polished with better surface brightness. Stainless steel bright bar, also known as stainless steel bar, is a high-strength, corrosion-resistant stainless steel profile. It is mostly used in the manufacture of mechanical parts, aerospace parts, electronic components and other fields. 1. surface roughness tolerance
The surface roughness of stainless steel bright bar mainly includes Ra and Rz two indicators, of which Ra is the average surface roughness, Rz is the maximum surface roughness. The national standard stipulates that the surface roughness tolerance of stainless steel bright bar is generally Ra ≤ 0.8μm, Rz ≤ 5.2μm.
2. Diameter tolerance
The diameter tolerance of stainless steel bright bar refers to the range of error between the diameter of the bar and the specified diameter. The national standard stipulates that the diameter tolerance of stainless steel bright bar should meet the following requirements:
(1) Roundness tolerance: equal to half of the difference between the maximum diameter and the minimum diameter.
(2) Diameter tolerance: the sum of positive and negative tolerances.
3. Length tolerance
The length tolerance of stainless steel bright bar refers to the error range between the length of the bar and the specified length. The national standard stipulates that the length tolerance of stainless steel bright bar is plus or minus 5mm, and customers can also specify other length tolerances as required.
